Lighting Retrofits: Executed the replacement of all florescent linear tube lamps across the branches with LED linear tubes for our clients in the Banking sector.

Generator Downsizing
Replacement of oversized Generator sets with optimal capacity to reduce fuel consumption, carbon emissions and improve operational efficiency of standby power across selected facilities of our Clients.
HVAC Optimization
Energy audit was carried out to evaluate the savings potentials for replacing inefficient HVAC units across the facilities of our clients to optimally size high energy efficiency capacities. The recommendation for replacement of the HVAC units was implemented by the client and the project supervised by Greenspace Energy Solutions.
Solar PV Installation and Scope 1 & 2 emission reduction
Successfully completed Solar PV project concept development and supervision for system installation across some selected clients facilities.
Energy Audits
As part of assessing how energy is been used to identify measures for energy saving and performance improvement, clients across the commercial and industrial sectors have had an ISO 50002 Type 1 , 2 and Type 3 energy audits carried out by Greenspace Energy Solutions across over 70 of their facilities. Implementation of the measures has led to the saving of energy and the reduction of their respective carbon footprint.
Training and Capacity building
Clients and service providers have received technical training on level 1 Energy Audit (ISO 50002), and development & implementation of Energy Management System (ISO 50001) at their facilities.
Water Systems Optimization
Water consumption was reviewed and an audit carried out to evaluate the water saving potentials for our Client. Implementation of the prescribed measures led to reduced water and energy cost.
